Last Day in Tokyo

First off ......last night! We started with dinner at one of those conveyor belt sushi restaurants. I definitely ate a few things I had no idea what it was. They had a fish tank in the middle that they would catch the fish with net and cut them right there. It was such an exprience!!! i couldnt take a picture of everything we ate, but heres a little look:

After dinner we headed to Tokyo Tower. It is a communication and observation tower and yes it is an Eiffel tower inspired lattice tower.
Side story: I had been wanting to take a picture of all the girls walking around in Kimonos and finally at the Tokyo Tower asked these girls if i could take their picture. They were so flattered and definitely didnt speak english. I wish the picture came out better, but you get the idea!

We decided to get drinks afterwards in Roppongi and found this cute little bar. Surpisingly the bartender spoke english! Brett was drinking Whiskey on the rocks and the ice they used was a round block of ice. I was so amazed by this (easily amused). We got to see how they made them too. so much time put into the ice cudes or should i say spheres!

So onto today. First off, in the town where we are staying there are these rickshaws everywhere and it is so neat! I just wanted to share.

We started off the day in Akihabara also know as Electric Town.  This place has 6 story arcades, all the Japanese anime you can find, and any kind of computer part you could ever need.  Dont worry I stocked up for that mother board I'm building ;)  They have entire floors devoted to crane machines. So crazy!!!!

We finished the day in the so called shopping district :) I definitely got a new outfit hehe. Look how fun this street is.  And yes there are McDonalds EVERYWHERE!

Its time for some dinner and Plum wine!  Tomorrow we are are heading to Hakone and then the night in Kyoto.  Im super excited!!!
Miss you all!!!!
